We believe the Covid-19 virus will impact how SMEs go to market.  The historical sales-centric approach, with competitive differentiation being tied to an individual (founder, key sales rep, leader), will be impacted by reduced one-on-one interactions.  The organization will therefore need to move brand identity from a person to the organization, like larger companies do.  But, to evolve into marketing-centric branding of the organization, the SME will need to create differentiation for the organization.  Sustainability certification will be one of the key tools to accomplish this
