This is the second hyperbaric chamber fire and death this year in the United States.

When you do hyperbaric chamber therapy you are crawling inside a pressurized tube of flammable oxygen that is being maintained by a person that is, more than likely, not an expert in electronics or fire safety.

There is a better option.

Contrast oxygen therapy is:

  • Safer – No pressurized oxygen; no enclosed tube;
  • Cleaner – No mold/bacteria build up inside a tube because there is no tube;
  • Cheaper – Typically less than 10% of the cost of hyperbaric chamber therapy;
  • Faster – Normally, to see results, your time investment is less than 20% of hyperbaric chamber therapy;
  • Better – Studies show contrast oxygen results beat hyperbaric chamber results.

If you care about safety, cost, time and results, there is no reason to crawl inside a pressurized tube for performance enhancement, prevention or recovery.
