Via Climate Law #7512, published 9 July 2025, Turkey has officially created the legal framework for the fight against climate change.
The law covers individuals and companies and includes many provisions like reporting, carbon market offsetting, climate finance, greenhouse gas permits, action plans, and sanctions.
