David Goodman created and leads Edenark Group. David believes that integrating People, Planet, Promotion and Profit, as a combination, is the only way to maximize a business’ performance and long term value.
David holds a MBA in Finance, Marketing and International Business from Indiana University. He has served as Chairman, Director or CEO of multiple private and public companies. He started his career in the advertising and marketing industries, serving companies like Kraft, Heinz, Keebler, Kimberly Clark, Salada Tea, Pillsbury and Green Giant.
On the real estate side, David has held a real estate broker’s license for more than twenty years and has managed in excess of 40mm SF of commercial real estate, via 21 offices in multiple countries. He has been responsible for all aspects of commercial real estate operations including acquisitions, dispositions, property management, leasing, asset management, capital improvements and financing.
David has also served as CEO of manufacturing, distributing, financing and installing companies in the building products and alternative energy industries. From this experience, he has an appreciation for current technology, products, procurement and processes necessary to complete a successful project…and the use of Green products to maximize ROI. He currently advises a number of alternative energy, building products and technology companies on business strategy.
On the wellness and personal development side, David has been actively involved with developing and implementing successful programs for over 20 years.
The combination of his above experiences drove David to create the Edenark ISO 14001 sustainability program to help companies maximize their competitive differentiation.
