83% of SMEs say Sustainability / ESG is a high priority, but only 37% have a roadmap

The study in this article is consistent with what we are hearing all over the world.

Asian SMEs in the study want to increase their sustainability and ESG actions –

  • To comply with regulations
  • To attract talent
  • To boost revenues
  • To please stakeholders
  • And….to do the right thing

But, like companies all over the world, they don’t know how to do it.

Our recommendation is to read this PPP.  If it makes sense, contact us.

Wellness Magazine Promotes Best You Can Be™ Supplements

The most important thing you should look for in a vitamin/supplement is its absorption capability.  A long ingredient list is meaningless if your body is not absorbing the product.  Most of the off the shelf vitamins/supplements pass through you in roughly the same form they went in, as your body is unable to fully break them down and absorb them.

Besides being produced in a FDA-registered and cGMP registered facility that is also third-party certified by NSF, the Best You Can Be™ supplements that are part of Edenark Group’s A Better World Starts With Me™ program, have Enhanced Absorption Technologies™, allowing them to be fully absorbed by your body.

We believe our Best You Can Be™ supplements are the best on the market.  We were pleased when Wellness Magazine sent us this article on health, where they promoted our Best You Can Be™ multi-vitamins for men and women.   They told us they had done a market study and chose our products.

If you would like the best supplements for your body, consider Best You Can Be™.

California Salmon Industry Faces Cancelled Season

As previously reported, and discussed in this article, due to a die-off over the last three years of over 1 billion animals, or roughly 90% of the Alaskan snow crab population, due to climate-change-warming of the Bering Sea, the Alaskan snow crab season was cancelled.

Now, as stated in this article, the California salmon fishing industry is facing the same climate-change-driven problem, causing the expected cancellation of the California salmon fishing season due to a massive decline in fish population.

Have You Wondered?

Have you wondered….

     – Why would financial fund managers risk getting caught in a lie and say their funds are “ESG Funds”? – link
     – Why are companies firing their vendors, who are not certified sustainable? – link
     – Why has the the US SEC created a task force specifically to address exaggerated claims of sustainability attainment? – link
     – Why does the world’s largest asset manager, with +$9 trillion under management, ask “Will your company lead or follow?” – link
The answer, of course, is money.  Certified sustainable companies are desired by consumers, can differentiate from their peers, and they make significantly more money.
Further, +90% of all large organizations have sustainability programs; yet under 1% of SMEs (small to mid-sized enterprises) have sustainability programs.
Large organizations are mandated to use certified sustainable vendors, when available…but they seldom do…. because so few SMEs are certified.
However, if a SME becomes certified, and promotes same, they stand out, as so few of their peers can make the claim….impacting the larger client’s decision process.
Sustainability Magazine published an article on this point.  –  article
For the large company, point is – There are programs available, so you can satisfy your mandate.
For the SME, point is – Here is a way to stand out and win new business.
