Keep things simple –

• Get your company certified sustainable via a respected global program that uses 3^rd party audit/verification

• Don’t make any sustainability or environmental or eco or green claims without having the above

If you follow the above, you will be fine.  If your desire to capitalize on consumer demand causes you to make claims that are not supported via 3^rd party audit/validation via a globally-respected program, you are taking a risk.
